We strive to provide prompt and reliable delivery for all our customers. Please review the following information regarding our shipping procedures, costs, and delivery times.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. This means your order will be shipped by the 10th business day at the latest.
Accurate shipping and delivery information is crucial for timely receipt of your merchandise. Please note that orders may experience delays during the launch of new collections, restocking of sold-out items, and sale periods.
AUGUSTWOMAN does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact us. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified with the shipping carrier and tracking number (for international orders).
Domestic Shipping (Within Nigeria)
Standard Shipping
We offer reduced shipping rates on all domestic orders and ship via DHL Express and GIG Logistics. You will be notified via email of any shipping delays, particularly during national holidays.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and receipt of returned merchandise is not guaranteed

- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
- Deliveries are processed within 3-7 business days and shipped via our trusted courier partners.
Express Shipping
- Cost: NGN10,000
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
- Orders are prioritized and processed immediately for quicker delivery.
International Shipping
Available Countries
All international orders are shipped via DHL express. We offer world wide shipping to more than 191 countries and territories.
Please check our list of available countries at checkout.
- We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped.
- All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. August Woman is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For international shipping, please carefully check and confirm your address and contact information.
- In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and you will be charged another shipping fee.
- Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
- We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages once DHL has marked your package as delivered.
- By completing a purchase with us you agree to our full shipping and delivery policy.

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via international courier services.
Express International Shipping
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Orders are prioritized and processed immediately for expedited delivery.

Please note that orders will be particularly delayed during the launch of a new collection, restock of sold out items, and/or during sale periods. - Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Order Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages
- If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at sales@augustwoman.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.
Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Additional Information
Out-of-Stock Items
- If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for replacement or refund.
Pre-Orders
- For pre-ordered items, shipping times may vary. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of purchase.
